Confirm model + lead time

Before you pay anything, we’ll give you a realistic lead time based on current production. Once your order is placed, we’ll provide a more solid target date.

Lead times can range from in stock to 2–4, 4–6, 6–8 weeks, and beyond depending on demand.

Place your order with a small deposit by phone or online payment. We confirm details, start scheduling, and reserve parts for your build.

Progress payments

50% of the order total is due within 10 business days. The remaining balance must be paid in full before your TracFab ships from our production facility.

How long does it take to get a TracFab?

Lead time depends on current production demand. We’ll provide an estimate before you order and a more solid target once your order is placed.

Do I need to assemble anything?

No. Your unit arrives fully assembled and charged. Open the package, power it on, and drive it out.

What’s the difference between 30″ and 36″?

It’s the overall width (outside track to outside track). The 30″ model fits more places (doorways, ramps, vans). The 36″ model provides extra room and is best when tight spaces aren’t a concern. If you’re on the fence, choose 30″.

How do payments work?

Place the order with a small deposit. 50% of the order total is due within 10 business days. The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipping.
